Careers
Engineer the grid India is building.
KIGG works where the grid is under the most strain: ageing substations, growing industrial load and a fast-changing generation mix. If you want your work to end up in a live substation rather than a slide deck, we would like to hear from you.

Who we look for
The disciplines behind the work.
Power systems engineers
Load flow, short-circuit, protection coordination and arc-flash studies, and the judgement to know which ones a site needs.
Testing and diagnostics engineers
DGA, tan δ, SFRA, partial discharge and breaker diagnostics, in the lab and on site during shutdowns.
Software and data engineers
Time-series data, OT protocols such as IEC 61850 and IEC 60870-5-104, and the models behind the digital twin.
Graduate engineers
Electrical engineering graduates who want structured exposure to testing, studies and asset management on real projects.
